Rascal was aptly named. ??His 15 years on this earth were spent getting into everything he wasn't supposed to and barking at every animate and inanimate object that came into view. ??I remember that first Christmas... he had to go to the vet to have his stomach pumped because he had eaten more cat food than his puppy tummy could handle. ??Not long after that, I remember his run-in with a raccoon. ??He obviously won that fight since he never got rabies. ??Along the way there were run-ins with cats, cars, etc. and he always managed to come out on top. ??He may have bitten a few knees, using his 6in height to protect the house as best as he could. ??Even near the end, he was still getting into the kitchen trash causing his masters all kinds of grief as they cleaned it up. ??Despite all his rascal ways, Rascal will be missed. ??The past 15 years just wouldn't have been the same without you, Rascal. ??Tell Sandy hi. ??xoxo.

Daniel & Zoe
I had such a fun time photographing Daniel and Zoe! They were both so sweet! We had fun on the playground at a nearby park... I think allowing children the opportunity to run around and be themselves gets the best, most genuine photographs. Here are some of my favorites from our session.

Diptych Daisy Meets the Gallery
A while back I entered one of my Project50 photos into The Light Factory's annual member show. The show ends tomorrow and I was finally able to go by today and see my photograph on display alongside many other great works by other Light Factory members. All the pieces in the show are also for sale. The same photograph is available for purchase in my Etsy shop. Here is a photo of my photo on display along with a photo that my darling husband took of me with it (there is a reason why I'm always the one behind the camera... I hate posing!).
