Harper Goes to School

This sweet little girl is often the subject of my photographs. Her mom, Cassie, is a very good friend of mine who is also very gracious in letting me get creative with the photographs I take of Harper. Here's a little back story on these photos... Harper starts Kindergarten this fall and Cassie wanted to remember this moment in Harper's life with some "back to school" portraits. We took some studio shots with an old (1950s style) desk I found at a local antique store and also ventured to a nearby elementary school. The only school-related item that we could not find was a yellow school bus. Of course, with schools being on summer vacation, all the buses were gone. Regardless, the three of us had so much taking these!
